Q: How will CCHC know that I am a Super User at go-live?

700+ CCHC Super Users and 350+ ATE support (ettain) staff have been allocated across locations in shifts. All Floor Support staff can be recognized by a ORANGE LANYARD.

Q: I do not feel “super,” how can I prepare for Go-Live?

Refer to the Super User Action Plan for tactical action items you can do every week, such as making time to practice in Playground outside of training classroom time.

Read the Weekly Super User emails from Paula Savini every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you do not currently receive the weekly emails, please Contact Us.

Read the Change Impact Snapshots by Epic Module/Area or the Physician and Nursing Snapshots. If you have password access questions and/or any additional questions, please Contact Us with your Cape Cod Healthcare email.

Q: When am I getting scheduled to be a Super User?

Super Users are deployed starting November 1, 6 a.m. at North Street, Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, and Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod.

CCHC Super Users and/or ATE support (ettain) will be available during your departments’ hours of operation.

The final schedule will be published the week of October 26.
