Physician & Nursing Change Impact Reports
Throughout the Vision 2022 engagement, clinical advisory groups convened to oversee the governance of the Epic project and its impact on clinical operations. Together decisions were reviewed and finalized during Advisory Group Meetings, including: Physician Advisory Group (PAG), Ambulatory Advisory Group (AAG), Clinical Advisory Group (CAG), and Integrated Advisory Group (IAG). All these groups consisted of Operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that contributed their expertise to the project and served as advocates for clinicians across Cape Cod Healthcare.
As such, these groups played a pivotal role in identifying, approving, and validating Change Impacts—otherwise known as significant differences between current and future state practices—that will occur due to the Epic implementation.
